The things that the Ratio iX3M dive computer can do is just extraordinary, especially when you compare it to similar computers from better known brands. This is an advanced technical dive computer that, in addition to Air, Nitrox and Gauge modes also supports Normoxic Trimix gases. On top of that it has some pretty unique abilities like GPS and the ability to install 'apps' that add extra functionality to the computer like a magnetometer or luxmeter!
It is difficult to know where to start with all the features and specification. The basics of the unit are that it uses a full colour 2.8 inch TFT display with an incredible 150 degree viewing angle, two algorithms (Buhlmann ZHL-16B and VPM-B) with six on the fly conservatism levels, four buttons mounted in the bottom face, a 300m depth rated housing, three different types of alarm notification (visual, acoustic and vibration), Bluetooth wireless connectivity, a physical PC / MAC interface port and a host of other features.
The iX3M Deep is available in two versions, Pro and GPS. The GPS version features GPS positioning and Bluetooth hardware but the Pro version doesn't, all other features are the same.
The iX3M Deep supports up to 3 of the Ratio Wireless Transmitters which allow cylinder pressure information to be displayed on the screen and used with various calculations.
