Mares Bolt SLS BCD

The Mares Bolt SLS BCD is a streamlined BCD with stripped back style harness, SLS integrated weight system and wing style bladder for improved trim whilst diving.

The rear wing style bladder provides up to 21kg (46lbs) of lift and is kept in check when deflated by bungee cords that draw the bladder back in towards the body to reduce drag and prevent snags. The minimalist harness provides a snug yet comfortable and free moving fit by using a combination of swivelling buckles and set back anchor point. The backplate is supportive and comfortable to use with a good degree of lumbar support and cushioning to help prevent discomfort from cylinder movement and impact on the spine.

The Mares Bolt is fitted with a standard inflator system with pull to dump mechanism, right shoulder dump and a rear right kidney dump. The Mares SLS integrated weight system provides a convenient and safe means of spreading your weight around whilst diving, allowing the weight pouches to be removed easily and quickly when required. The new system provides a clear and positive confirmation that the pouches have engaged and locked in place.

The Bolt BCD incorporates a roll down cargo pocket to store accessories and essentials as well as pre-cut and lined holes to accept a BCD knife such as the Mares Force Nano Plus Knife.
