Aqualung Pearl BCD

The Aqualung Pearl is a wrap-around jacket style BCD specifically designed for the female diver and offers a more comfortable fit and better stability due to an optimised harness and shorter torso length.

The Pearl BCD has a hybrid style bladder that provides excellent head-up buoyancy when on the surface but also great balance and trim whilst diving. The harness has a quick release and adjustable buckles at the chest, shoulders and waist as well as an adjustable cummerbund for a customised and snug fit. A padded rigid backplate provides great cylinder stability and helps transfer the weight comfortably to the hips.

Both sides of the BCD have a scooped pocket that allows an octopus or gauge hose to be inserted, helping to keep them out of the way when not in use but quickly accessible when needed. Two large zipped pockets provide storage for accessories.

The Pearl BCD uses the SureLock II integrated weight system to help distribute weight around the BCD in a safe and secure way. The pull to release style mechanism eliminates the need to fiddle with buckle fastenings if the weights need to be dumped in an emergency. Trim weight pockets are also provided on the rear of most sizes. MD & ML sizes are fitted with 5lb trim pockets, SM has3lb trim pockets and the XS is not fitted with any due to space restrictions.
