    • The Mares Epic ADJ Octopus is a pneumatically balanced, all metal second stage that is finished with a tough PVD coating, features adjustable breathing comfort and Mares' twin power system. It is a perfect match for the Epic ADJ 82X Regulator.

    The Epic Octopus is a high performance redundant second stage that includes of the features found in the primary regulator but is fitted with high visibility yellow trim on the Twin Power hose protector and the braided hose itself.

    The Twin Power technology allows the diver to switch the second stage from normal to a "+" performance mode that increases the flow rate of the valve. There is also a diver adjustable control knob to fine tune the inhalation effort required to open the valve.
