Mares Pure SLS BCD

The latest version of the Mares Pure BCD sees minor feature and cosmetic changes to the harness, backplate, lumber padding and most significantly to the integrated weight system which equips the BCD with the new SLS system.

The harness now features a new chest buckle with integrated whistle, swivelling shoulder strap buckles for improved freedom of movement whilst diving, re-positioned lower shoulder strap anchor point for a better fit and easier to operate waist buckle. The backpad has been re-configured for better comfort and padding with a full lower back cushion.

The new SLS integrated weight system provides a clear indication of when the pouches have been properly engaged and locked to ensure that they do not accidentally fall out if insert incorrectly. Other new features include an updated inflator, a roll down cargo pocket on the right-hand side and an additional accessory anchor point by the right shoulder strap swivelling buckle.

The SLS weight pockets can be removed and replaced with two large volume cargo pockets using the cargo pocket kit instead if extra storage space is required or preferred.
