The Atomic Frameless Dive Mask is all about fit, comfort and vision by utilising a range of technologies including a frameless design, an ultraclear lens and a super soft silicone skirt.
The large lens and close-fitting skirt on the mask work together in harmony to create perhaps the widest viewing angle of any single window design. The lens shape was computer designed to maximise upward-downward and side to side vision. Because an external frame is not needed the viewable area of the lens is optimised.
The lens is made using Ultraclear optical grade glass that has a significantly reduced level of impurities compared to standard tempered glass. The difference between the two types of glass is most noticeable when viewing the glass from the side with standard glass showing a very visible green colour but the Ultraclear is... well, clear! The impurities distort colours, vibrancy and also the amount of light that can enter the mask.
Squeeze to adjust buckles are tucked behind the lens for a sleek hydrodynamic design.
